SUMMARY:Self-Care Evening with LaTonya Gentry & CaTina Davis-Haynes
DESCRIPTION:Survivors are invited to join us for a special Self-Care Evening meant to inspire\, encourage\, and empower! On Thursday\, October 10 we will be hosting a special presentation in our conference room with speakers LaTonya Gentry and CaTina Davis-Haynes. \nFor those interested in attending these talks\, LaTonya Gentry\, Owner of Gentle Touch Consignment Boutique & Human Resource Specialist for the U.S. Army Human Resources Command\, will offer words of wisdom and healing about overcoming rejection and shame. CaTina Davis-Haynes\, Social Worker and Department of Defense Sexual Assault Advocate Level 2\, will empower survivors with a talk on knowing your worth. \nThe rest of our space will be open to adult survivors who would like to participate in other self-care activities such as journaling\, coloring\, chatting with other survivors\, or taking some alone time to relax and decompress. \nSurvivors are welcome to attend this session\, as well as any others we have available.
