DESCRIPTION:We are offering trauma-informed yoga classes in our newly renovated studio space! ??‍♀️ These classes will be taught with survivor experiences in mind and with the intent of minimizing potential triggers. \nSurvivors age 18 and older are welcome to join us for FREE yoga classes on the second and fourth Fridays of each month from 4:30-5:30 p.m.. Classes will be taught by certified instructor and Silverleaf Sexual Trauma Recovery Svcs.
