DESCRIPTION:We are offering trauma-informed yoga classes in our newly renovated studio space! ??‍♀️ These classes will be taught with survivor experiences in mind and with the intent of minimizing potential triggers. \nSurvivors age 18 and older are welcome to join us for FREE yoga classes on the second and fourth Fridays of each month from 4:30-5:30 p.m.. Join us in celebrating Green Dot Week beginning March 30 through April 3. \nThe Green Dot Violence Prevention Program aims to reduce power-based personal violence\, including sexual assault\, dating/domestic violence\, bullying\, stalking\, and more. Through bystander intervention training\, it’s possible to permanently reduce rates of violence and empower members of our community. \n?HOW TO PARTICIPATE THIS WEEK ?\n? Wear GREEN! Outfit and accessorize in green all week long. \n?️ Tell people why you are wearing green and ask them to join violence prevention efforts. \n?
