Self-care isn’t selfish. Caring for yourself is an important part of the growth and healing process. Our Self-Care Evenings provide survivors with an opportunity to take time for themselves.
Self-care activities include crafts, journaling, reading, conversation, aromatherapy, and more. We will also have a certified yoga instructor available for those who are interested in exploring trauma-informed yoga practice in a safe space.
Our self-care sessions are free and take place on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. You’re welcome to attend as often as you’d like!
Crisis consultations and service information is also available for anyone who is interested.
